Each item is made to order first, then shipped. After your order is processed, delivery times are usually:
USA: Standard 3–4 business days, Express 1–3 business days
Canada: Standard 3–4 business days (or DDP Standard 3–5 business days, up to 12 in the Atlantic region), Express 1–3 business days
UK (DDP Standard): 3–7 business days
International (most countries): Standard 5–20 business days

Yes. Each canvas is printed especially for you after you place your order. This keeps things fresh, reduces waste, and means your piece is made just for your home.
If anything arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens can vary (brightness and colour settings differ from device to device). Small differences may happen, but the overall look and feel of the artwork will stay true.
Because this canvas is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes. But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll absolutely replace it or refund it—just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
